This month at Prime Academic Preschool we have been spending our time learning all about the different extreme environments life can thrive in. Last week the students learned all about life around an active volcano. They discussed what kind of animals and plants could live in such a harsh place.

Today we continued with the theme of difficult place to live and learned all about the different kinds of animals that live on a very dangerous place – the edge of a cliff!

The children were so shocked to see the video of some of the animals climbing on the cliff, especially the goats!

They were also excited to learn about a very special bird, the fastest animal in the world, a Peregrine Falcon. They also had a lot of fun making the model cliff to put on the wall next to our volcano from last week.
