Every week at Prime Academic Preschool Gotanda we study various subjects through the week. The ones that the students look forward to the most are always music and art. Luckily for them, today was our weekly music class!

For K3 students we study 2 instruments every week. They take separate lessons for both violin and pianica. The students usually have 2 25-30 minute classes every week with 2 different teachers.

It’s a great outlet for the children to do something creative and especially make a lot of noise! We have been working a lot on the children’s technique during class. The students have been practicing holding their instruments at the correct height and paying attention to the beat.

Today the students learned their first ever song in 3/3 timing. It was a challenge for them but they worked well and started to practice the piece today.
