Physical Fitness Friday!

At Prime Academic Preschool, we recently hosted a physical fitness test for our preschoolers, focusing on promoting healthy habits and personal achievement. The event featured activities such as jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, toe touches, squats, and step-ups.

Our day began with a warm-up session, followed by the children enthusiastically participating in each exercise. They aimed to set personal records and encouraged one another throughout the activities. Jumping jacks and toe touches tested their energy and flexibility, while sit-ups and push-ups built core and upper body strength.

Squats and step-ups helped strengthen their legs and improve cardiovascular fitness.

A key highlight was that each child tracked their own progress, fostering a sense of accomplishment and motivation.

By the end of the day, every child was able to take home their records of their participation, celebrating their efforts and achievements. The event was a joyful and educational experience, reinforcing the importance of physical fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

We look forward to seeing everyone again in July!
