Hawaiian Day at PAP!

At Prime Academic Preschool, we believe in making learning a fun and engaging experience. This week, our little learners were transporting to a tropical paradise during our special Hawaiian Day!

The day kicked off with vibrant Hawaiian-themed music, instantly setting a joyful and energetic tone. Craft time was a highlight as the kids made colorful fans shaped like watermelons.

This activity combined creativity with fine motor skills, and the results were as refreshing as a cool slice of melon on a hot day. The fans not only provided a fun craft but also doubled as a practical tool to beat the summer heat.

All the students liked how their fans looked when they were finished. They were so eager to wave them around the room!

We also had a ukulele lesson in the afternoon where the students learned how to play and watched music being played in notes and chords.

Hawaiian Day at Prime Academic Preschool was a big success. Our young learners not only had a fantastic time but also came away with a deeper appreciation for Hawaiian culture and a handful of new words to add to their ever-growing English vocabulary. We can’ t wait for our next themed day of fun and learning!
