This month students have started learning all about collections. Last week we talked all about things that are pretty common to collect. The children learned about coin collections, card collections, toys and many other kinds. This week we are looking at something very different.

Today the children stared learning all about strange collections. Some people collect bugs?! How about dirty socks?, yuck! We learned all about some of the strange and weird collections from around the world.

The children had so many things to say about these strange and wonderful collectors. We talked all about why they might like them and where they could keep their collections.

Over the next few weeks we are also going to be talking about something that we may collect at our own homes! We can’t wait to see what weird and wonderful things at your house.
