In Social Studies, we explored some of the most beautiful beaches from around the world. We looked at pictures, talked about what makes each one special, and learned how beaches can look very different depending on where they are. From tropical white sands to rocky coastlines, every beach has its own unique features.

After learning about beaches, we worked together to create our own beach as a class. We started by pouring sand into a large container placed on the table to form our shoreline. It was exciting to see our beach begin to take shape as we built it step by step.

Next, we carefully added water to represent the ocean and placed shells around our sandy shore. As we built, we noticed how the water changed the shape of the sand and how the shells added detail to our beach scene.

While working on our project, we talked about the beaches we would love to visit one day and what we might see there. It was fun combining what we learned with creativity to design something unique together.

This hands-on activity helped us understand more about Earth’s landscapes while letting our imaginations run free. Our classroom looked like a real seaside scene by the end — and we were so proud of what we created as a team!
