Today in PAP, we had a very funny and creative craft time! We decided to give ourselves some crazy new hairstyles using colorful strips of paper.
First, we started with pictures of our own faces on dark paper. Then, we chose our favorite colors and carefully glued the paper strips around our heads to make the hair.
We had a great time talking with our friends about our designs. We had to decide if we wanted straight hair, short hair, or super curly hair!
We even learned a fun trick to roll the paper strips so they would turn into bouncy, curly shapes. It was so exciting to see the paper curl up like a spring!
After gluing all of our silly hair down, some of us used pencils and crayons to add beautiful decorations around our pictures. We focused very nicely on our art.
We were so proud of how our crazy hairstyles turned out! Everyone made something completely unique and colorful.
At the end, we couldn’t resist making our own silly faces to match our silly new hair! What a fun and creative day we had together. 🤪✨
