This month at Prime Academic Preschool we are going to be learning all about the depths of the ocean in our afternoon classes on Tuesdays! Our students always enjoy learning about the world around them and they LOVE learning about animals. They approached the lesson with a lot of enthusiasm and energy that was fantastic to see in the classroom.

For the first week of the class the children helped to create a big mural on the wall of one of our classrooms. Throughout the month we are going to add animals to do in order to display the depth at which they live in the ocean. We began by adding the plant life to the areas near the top to show land life.

Of course it was hard to reach the top so the students needed a little help from the teachers to add to the poster. It was so much fun to get picked up and carried around that the room was full of laughter!

We hope the students continue to enjoy the project through the month of September!
