A new month means some new art and this month the focus will be on color.

Today we made flowers from colorful yarn.

Today’s art was a very precise activity. It gave students a lot of time to practice their fine motor skills and improve on their ability to glue things.

Students were able to draw lines, follow those lines with glue and then place yarn over the top.

These 3 layers of precise work made the craft very challenging for them and some students made mistakes. However with help from staff and by working hard all students were able to create some work they could be proud of. We hope they enjoy the rest of our color subject as much as they enjoyed today.
