This Wednesday at Prime Academic Preschool Gotanda we had the great pleasure of visiting a farm out near out sister school in Kamikitazawa. Everyone had a great time getting their hands dirty and singing songs all the way there and back!
On the way to the farm we sung all our favorite morning songs like the months of the year, days of the week and our Hello song. We also listened to some songs students requested like Let it Go, Baby Shark and Dynamite. The students had such a good time singing on the bus. It was a great way to spend the time.
When we arrived at the farm we greeted our friends from Ogikubo and then started digging holes for planting. K2 students all dug holes to place the plants in.
K3 students then planted the crop for this summer. We planted some cucumbers, tomatoes, pumpkin, watermelon and even some parsley.
Overall the students had a great day, when we returned to school we ate lunch and settled into an afternoon of learning. Well done everyone!
