Every month at Prime Academic Preschool Gotanda the students will be attending field trips this year. For our first trip of the year we took a long trip across Tokyo Bay and visited the amazing Ichihara Elephant Zoo!

The first part of the day was the drive there. On the bus we played games, sang songs and chatted with each other. The students handled the long bus ride very well and didn’t even complain when we got stuck in some nasty traffic.

At the zoo we saw many amazing animals. We saw horses and hippos, monkeys and raccoons and of course many beautiful birds.

The stars of the show were of course the amazing elephants. It was such an amazing chance for the children to see these beautiful animals up close. They even got to feed them! It was so amazing.

The students had a fantastic time and some of them were so excited that they fell asleep after using all their energy.
