Splashing Into Water Play!

With the summer heat rising in Tokyo, we kicked off Water Play last week to help everyone stay cool and have fun.

The children were so excited to jump into the activity, which took place on a special mat to keep the water from leaking.

Two tubs were filled with water and different toys, giving the kids plenty of ways to explore and enjoy.

They loved pouring, splashing, and scooping with all kinds of tools.

Some children experimented with cups and shovels, while others used ladles and buckets to move water from tub to tub.

Their creativity really shone as they found new ways to play and explore.

Laughter and happy splashes filled the air as they shared space and worked together around the tubs.

It was wonderful to see so much teamwork and joy.

Water Play is not only a great way to beat the heat, but also helps children develop motor skills and enjoy sensory exploration.

We’re thankful for the chance to safely play and learn even on the hottest days.

We’re already looking forward to next time – more water, more laughter, and more smiles!
