This month, on Tuesday afternoons, we have been studying transportation. Last week we discussed land transportation and transportation with wheels. This week we looked at a different kind.

This afternoon we discussed how we can travel between countries, specifically we looked at ships. We discussed the pros and cons of traveling by boat. What people like and don’t like as well as how ships move many things around the world. We then took a trip!

We used a large ship designed at school to visit different countries. At each stop we got a stamp on our passports.

It was a great activity and I hope all the students enjoyed participating as much as the teachers enjoyed organizing it. Thank you so much to Saki and Christine who did a great job making the boat. Well done everyone!
