Every week at Prime Academic Preschool Gotanda we do a variety of different activities and Monday is art day.

Every week we strive to make our art activities fun and interesting. This week was some of the most fun our students had for a while. We made finger friends!

Students first designed a draft of the different finger friends. Everyone was told that they could make any design they wanted but they should be interacting with each other in some way. They should be high-fiving or hugging.

The students created very interesting drafts, first in grey pencil and then in water based marker. Finally they copied the design onto their real fingers on their non-dominant hand.

The students were then given some time to play with each other and act with their finger friends.

It was a great activity that gave the students a lot of opportunity to interact with each other.
