This week the K2 and K3 students learned more about desert animals. Today we learned more about camels and how they can live in such a hot place like a desert.

The students were really interested by the exciting video we watched. It showed animals like snakes, beetles, camels, and meerkats living in the desert. The students started making their own camels for an upcoming race!

Each student made their own uniquely designed towel for their camels back. They were very creative and included a lot of patterns and colors.

After finishing getting our camels ready we raced them! Camel racing is a popular sport, just like horse racing.

Some of the camels were very fast! It was exciting to have a little competition between friends.

It was a very fun and interesting lesson this week. Learning about desert animals was fun!
