We are nearing the end of the January and we will soon start to observe some holidays in Japan. Today is the national day for Australia, also known as Australia Day. It marks the date that explorers arrived on the land that is now known as Australia . 

In the morning, we spent time learning a few things about Australia and played some games. We had a lot of fun playing the freeze game.

We also enjoyed our January birthdays with children having big smiles.

In the afternoon, we learned about all the unique animals that live in Australia. Some of our students had to go around, searching for all of Australia’s creatures. 

We also spent some time to get cute and make koala masks. They are too cute!
