In Elm class we have been working hard with numbers. We have been learning to add and subtract using numbers 1 to 10.

This week we used colored coins to help us learn about adding and subtracting in a tangible way. It’s fun to work with our hands!

The students have been doing great! They know their math vocabulary very well too! They can remember and use the words, plus (+), minus (-), and equals (=).

The Elm students are learning quickly and can solve math problems in their workbooks too. Excellent work everyone!
