Today at Prime Academic Preschool Gotanda our Kindergarten 2 class was by doing some fun art. This month we are learning about making portraits. Today students were able to make a portrait of a person with crazy colorful hair.

The children have used paint in many forms over the past few months but today was their first experience using straws and air to paint!

Many of the kids found the technique hard to master as they had trouble blowing hard enough to move the paint. A little help from the teacher and bending our straws a little helped a lot!

The kids had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the project. Everyone was happy with the art they made.
