To celebrate Grandparents Day, the children spent time making special gifts filled with love and creativity. Each student made a refrigerator magnet featuring their own photo.

Using colored pencils, they decorated the paper with their own designs—some added rainbows, while others drew flowers or patterns. They also wrote short messages such as “I love you” or “Thank you,” and then carefully glued their photo in the center. Finally, a magnet was attached so their artwork could be proudly displayed at home.

The children also created cards with origami hearts. First, they folded bright paper into heart shapes, then glued them neatly onto construction paper to make the card.

Inside, they wrote kind messages to their grandparents, such as “I miss you” or “You are the best.” Each piece was glued carefully, showing the children’s patience and care.

The activity was not only fun but also a touching way for the students to share their love and gratitude.

We wish everyone a happy Grandparents Day and enjoy the weekend. See you on Tuesday!
