This week, our students explored the wonderful world of books and stories! 📖✨

We learned about important story elements such as characters, settings, plots, and genres.

We also talked about how stories can make us feel different emotions, including happiness 😊, sadness 😢, love ❤️, fear 😱, and excitement 🤩.

After our discussions, we enjoyed reading and watching the classic story Corduroy 🧸. 

The children followed Corduroy’s adventure as he searched for his missing button and learned about friendship and kindness.

To bring the story to life, students designed their own special Corduroy teddy bears using their creativity and imagination 🎨🖍️.

For a fun hands-on activity, we hid buttons around the classroom for students to find 🔍🔘

The children had a great time searching, discovering, and using their buttons to complete their teddy bear artwork 🖼️ . It was exciting to see their teamwork, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm throughout the activity!✨

A wonderful week of reading, learning, creating, and having fun together! 📚🧸❤️✨
