🎄 K2 Christmas Dance Practice! 🎶

K2 had an energetic and exciting afternoon practicing their dance for the Christmas Concert! The children have been working hard, and today’s rehearsal helped them put all the pieces of the choreography together. The dance includes expressive arm movements, careful stepping patterns, light kicks, and joyful spinning that the children especially loved.

We began by practicing the arm movements. The children stretched their arms out wide, moved them up and down to the beat, and learned how to make their actions big and clear. Everyone tried their best to stay in sync with the music.

Next came the stepping part. The students focused on placing their feet in the right order, stepping side to side and forward and back. They paid close attention to their timing, making sure to move together as a team.

Then we practiced the kicks. The children worked on lifting their legs gently and safely while keeping their balance. This was one of the most exciting parts, and they tried it again and again with lots of enthusiasm.

The spinning section brought out the biggest smiles. The children learned how to turn carefully without going too fast and how to face the right direction when they finished their spin.

After putting the steps together, we tried the whole dance from start to finish with music. The children cheered for each other, fixed small mistakes, and grew more confident with every run-through.

K2 did a wonderful job practicing all the parts of their dance. Their confidence is growing each day, and we can’t wait to see them shine on stage at the Christmas Concert! 🎅✨
