Today we had our May birthday celebration. Happy birthday to both Hiroyuki and Ayato!

We had 2 different activities as part of our birthday celebration today.

First we played a game. A hungry Mr. Frog needed to be fed. Students took turns throwing food into Mr. Frog’s mouth from different distances.

Our older students used plastic fruits and vegetables and our younger students used scrunched up paper or soft balls. Everyone gave their best and so many students were able to throw the food into the frog’s mouth!

I’m the afternoon students were able to decorate and eat some delicious birthday cup cakes after we sang happy birthday.

They were shaped like frogs with big eyes!

Today was a great day and all the students had a fun time. They all participated as best as they could. It’s nice to see classes playing together so well!
