Welcome back from a great weekend everyone! I hope you all had fun and rested. Last week in Gotanda school we all worked hard so you needed a relaxing rest.

This month at English Pocket we have been learning about musical instruments. We’ve studied orchestras and all different kinds of brass, string, woodwind and percussion instruments.

This week the students began a 2 week project to make an instrument in class. Working in pairs students made an instrument which they would play and present to the class next week. They were limited to recycled materials they brought from home and tape or glue.

It was super interesting to see the different designs that the students came up with and the different designs they made.

Well done to all of our students for making such interesting instruments and trying their best!
