Today in the K2 and K3 class we learned about UMA’s. UMA’s are unidentified mysterious animals. We learned about one UMA, Kappa.

The students shared what they thought Kappa looked like. Some students thought he looked like a frog, others thought he looked like a turtle.

We learned about another UMA, the Loch Ness Monster. Many people in Scotland thought they saw her and tried to take her picture. We found Scotland on our school globe.

We read the story about the Loch Ness Monster. No one knows what she really looks like. The students worked hard on what they think the Loch Ness Monster looks like. Some made scary monsters, while others friendly monsters.

Some students made a Nessy that looked like a dragon! Other students made a Nessy that looked like a dinosaur. Everyone was so creative in their designs. Excellent job everyone.
