Students are starting to have their summer vacation all over Japan, but our students are just relaxing as they soon get ready for their own holiday. Summer festivals are celebrated all over Japan, and our students came dressed in their nicest yukatas and jinbeis today.

We started the morning with a few fun games for all the students to play, where they were able to get take home some prizes!

After the festivities, the students were awarded with a tasty shaved ice treat to have before their lunch. They got to choose their flavor before they were served.

In the afternoon, we designed our own wind chimes with markers and stickers that they got to take home. Great designs!
